It’s true, it is all about me. Keep in mind that I intend to first develop the site, then start ramming information on it. Since I can’t figure out how to work it, seems pointless to branch out. Moving the side menu around doesn’t appear to affect over-all realestate usage. Changed to Poseidon theme but still just a boring strip of stuff down the middle of the homepage even though the theme example shows a very full and conventional page. Definitely doing something wrong. Oh, and typing in my UN and PASS from blank, won’t go in. Is this the same credentials as what I use to login to Infinity or is there other information deep in my Infinity profile pages that I must use instead?
During the installation of your script, you have to choose the admin credentials of your website. You could make them the same as your hosting account credentials, but most people enter different usernames and passwords for the websites themselves.
If you forgot what credentials yourself, there is usually a way to reset them (either through Softaculous or through your website itself). But with those credentials in hand, you should be able to login directly to your website without having to go through any other panels.
MMnn, so I went looking into Softaculous, found an area that is labelled “admin account” and within it "admin username and “admin password”. They were blank, so I put in some info and hit save - but then gave me a warning saying they don’t exist. Now sure where else to look for it.
