Are you able to login through another file manager, or a desktop FTP client?
FileZilla: Never connects.
MonstaFTP: Never loads either.
net2ftp File Manager: Just a blank page.
ftpupload.net (185.27.134.11) As of this morning I have not been able to connect to the FTP Server, THE SERVER IS DOWN! PLEASE RESTART IT!

Can you please verify if you are able to connect to FTP using a desktop FTP client like FileZilla?
Both FileZilla and File Manager are unable to connect
It’s been down for me for the last couple hours. Both desktop (FileZilla) clients and the web FTP client.
